b360 seems to be a Breakout clone consisting of planets and galaxies, which could be levels of difficulty. The paddle on the bottom of the screen is tilted slightly, which suggests that the crank may be used to change the angle at which the paddle is rotated.
This is most probably a port of the original game, also released by Panic.
