The 2025 Playdate Community Awards is an awards show run by the Playdate Squad Discord server.

Voting

The community was invited to nominate games via The 2025 Playdate Community Awards Community Nomination Form.

Nominations from the form then progressed to a panel of judges for further deliberation.

All games first released between December 1st 2024 & November 30th 2025 were eligible. This includes Sideloaded games, Catalog releases and all games in Season Two.

For Your Consideration

A fun part of the awards is how developers have a chance to advertise their games by making campaign images.
