MIKE

Nose-wise. The channel opened. The walls fell.

MADELINE

MIKE

Hands shook. She went within and we came outside the out. Only it tasted slower, for you.

MADELINE

Do you mean to say that you entered and exited the Bender simultaneously?

MIKE

Inside the time.

MADELINE

And what did you encounter there?

MIKE

The rain flipped, inverted out from in. Now we're all tuned into it.

MADELINE

And what is it?

MIKE

Can't tell what sound thinks it said. She's equipped, but it's too quick. The rain, the ants, the bugs, the bits...

MADELINE

The bits?

MIKE

The static, the snow...

MIKE AND MADELINE
