"Every home has its mysteries. Is that a loose shingle, or a gargoyle grasping the eaves? What exactly is that smell?

In Mr. Narvinson's house is the greatest mystery of all. Down in his basement, he's discovered a portal within which resides an unspeakable creature. Its sallow skin hangs from the bone like a befouled foul. Polluted by pustules, its teeth hang like decayed stalactites in a cavern of rotting flesh.

It might blind a simpler Blippian, but not so, Mr. Narvinson. Grabbing hold of a large brass knob, he strikes the monster down, scattering it into nothingness.

The spell breaks. There's only one thing left to do: fetch the dustpan!"
