A patient swathed in bandages lies on a hospital bed.

PATIENT

Ready as I'll ever be.

NURSE GEMINI

Now remember, there will be some swelling and some bruising.

PATIENT

I know, I know, I've done this before. Just never on this side of the bandages.

NURSE GEMINI

But the Doctor says the procedure went beautifully, and you have nothing to worry about.

SURGEON SIMS

(enters)

Time to see my masterpiece.

NURSE GEMINI

Are you ready to meet the new you? I wonder if we'll even recognize you.

The bandages around the patient's face are removed. SIMS looks worried.

NURSE GEMINI
