Usually on this show, I dive deep into the jar. But today I'm breaking with convention and inviting the most interesting *living* person on Blip into my lab. Everyone, Michael Zero!

MICHAEL ZERO walks in.

NED (CONT'D)

Mike. I'd like to try something. Will you trust me?

Michael Zero draws a circle with their hand.

NED (CONT'D)

I'll take that as a yes.

Ned hands Michael a device. Michael puts it on their head.

NED (CONT'D)

That's just a neocortical scanner. Won't hurt a bit.

The device blinks.

MICHAEL

Oh, we've been here before. I can see inside this. Back to where she went. I'm on the plane. Timeless. She remembers it. One surface with a half-twist.

Ned is looking at scanner results.

NED

You're oversaturated with consciousness particles. That's the equivalent of a billion brains in a single mind. That can't be right, can it?

MICHAEL

I'm the speaker. We're the signal. The sound is the source.
