What is Blippo+?

You start Blippo+, and instead of getting an expected game or app interface, your Playdate transforms into a TV receiver picking up channels of an alien civilization. Flip through the channels, use a Teletext/BBS-service, and be mesmerized by a captivating foreign culture with a story to tell. All streaming on the 1 bit display of your playdate.

• Each channel has their own logo
• Each show has their uniquely designed title cards, plus other show-specific elements like custom lower thirds

Technical details and trivia

• Each show is 1 minute long, and each channel consists of 5 shows.
• Video is actually streamed over the internet to the playdates. So it requires internet to see the channels.
• Channels are synced for all users, because they are synched to local device time. Each show starts on the minute and the cycle starts fresh with the morning show at :00, :05, :10, :15 etc.
• The new week drops thursdays at 17:00 UTC (in your timezone)
